In accordance with regulations on professional equality between men and women, our company has assessed the indicators of the Egapro index for the year 2024. However, after analysis, certain indicators cannot be calculated, notably due to insufficient numbers of employees in the categories concerned.
Indeed, the calculation of certain indicators requires a minimum number of employees in the comparison groups (men/women), a threshold that was not reached this year. As a result, the overall Egapro 2024 index cannot be calculated.
Nonetheless, we remain committed to gender equality in the workplace, and are pursuing our actions to promote a fair and inclusive working environment!
